Liked how gorgeous the property was. Comforts of junior suite were fabulous - a heating system, a mini-bar and pay TV.
The breakfast we ordered was cold.
-
The garden view and MARVELLOUS service. Being a few steps away from Bulgare was nice, we had dinner there. An air conditioning, a minibar and a flat-screen television in our family queen suite were realy useful during our stay. Family-friendly place, you know.
-
Great room, great location, great pool. I will stay again.
Hotels of this stature should have hair dryers in the rooms.
-
No hairdryer in the bathroom, refrigerator is noisy
-
Ski slope at 50 meters distance
broken bathroom.. :)
-
The location was great and the rooms lovely
-
Right at the slopes, well furnished and appointed rooms and bathrooms.
You have to pay for everything but the swimming pool. There is a sauna, steam room, relax room, etc. but they are not included in the room rate.
-
Hotel is 60 meters from the slops and the center of Borovetz where you can find all sort of restaurants and activities but still, it is in a quiet place. Nice pool and good bulgarian restaurant at reasonable prices.

Location is great.
The hotel is rated to be a 5*. While the amenities might be on ok level, the staff and the offered services are on a 2* level. When we arrived, there was no bellboy and the manager had to help us with the luggage. The room has a safe, but they charge you 7$ per day to use it. Someone was parked their vehicle at the end of the hotel's driveway, and we scratched our car on our way out. We complained and 4 days later the car was still there. The hotel is supposed to be 5* and they have to have 24h room service. Well, Festa Winter Palace does not it. They close down at 12am. The mattresses are just awful - old-school spring ones. We were expecting feather pillows - sorry, no luck there as well.
-
the position of the hotel
the food (breakfast) was so cold and so poor and the atmosphere of the rest was so dark
-
nothing and after we ask for help nobody from the stuff pay any attention
very noisy full with russion turist with small kids everywhere very uncomfortable matress and at the end the valey boy skratch my car
-
Very convenient location.
The hotel is 5star and we had to ask for hair dryer. they have not changed the sheets for 4 days! We had to ask for it.also there is not any plug near to the mirror for the hair dryer. it was not bad but I believe that it should be 4star not 5star.the room price is high for the service offered.
-
We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the view from the room/balcony - however small.
The wifi was not working properly.
-
My opinion is that a hotel like this should have a hydro jet system in the swimming pool
-
Very nice rooms a nice spa area.
Breakfast was not as for a 5 stars hotel. Not all staff members speak English (waiters). A lot of flies in the restaurant area...
