The reasons I’m conflicted
The view from my room was stunning,, and the staff in the spa area were genuinely friendly.
The decor definitely felt outdated,, and I found the service at the restaurant lacking warmth.

the music from the party was just not tolerable for a so-called posh hotel, and I also couldn't sleep because of the elevator noise. , I nearly expect a complimentary bottle of wine for my suffering, but alas, nothing. I almost thought I'd leave a good review, but just couldn't. 5 experience? what a joke!

Skiing and spa made it worthwhile
The excellent breakfast set us up for the day, with a stunning spa to unwind after skiing. Staff were always friendly, contributing to a warm atmosphere.
The ski storage arrangements were never clear, and having to store rented equipment offsite added inconvenience. The decor was a bit worn, too.

Great location and awesome pool!
Location is spot on, just a short walk to the slopes. The indoor pool is perfect after a long day on the mountain. Breakfast was tasty and had decent options each day. The staff were nice, but sometimes it felt like they could use a bit more help. The room was alright but a little worn out in some places.

The indoor saltwater swimming pool provides a refreshing experience after a long day outdoors, and the spa area is expansive with a steam room and sauna. The spacious rooms feature balconies that overlook stunning mountain views, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.
Several problems cropped up during my time here. The food quality was a letdown, with breakfast options running out before the end of service and dinner dishes lacking variety and temperature—definitely not what you'd expect. I encountered noise issues. a loud party one night disrupted any hope of a good sleep, and the elevator system was frustrating at times, bringing unwanted visitors to my door. I found dust lingering in corners of the room, leaving me questioning the cleaning routine. Lastly, the outdated decor felt worn and did not live up to a five-star standard.
